Community Involvement

Our clients can avail from us services for community intervention for new commencing project. It helps us in facilitating a motivating atmosphere to ensure realization of underprevillidge and vulnerable society. Further, this enables us to improve the circumstances of living in rural and urban setting. This way, there can be the commencement of an empowered community. We believes in an inclusive programme for discharging Corporate Social Responsibility which is the core of all developmental activities. For this purpose, the Company constituted the Community Development which will initially take care of all the non-core mining activities. Eventually, it will take up community development works in and around with particular emphasis on health, education and sports, aside from other livelihood development activities.

The Company has focused its efforts on protected water supply, storm water drainage and sanitation system in and around the community development. We will inculcate safety culture, principally among the personnel involved in active mining and coal processing operations. The atmosphere is very informal. Older children can come into the centre at any time of the day after finishing their domestic chores. This is especially true for older girls who have to have to manage household duties for their mothers. Services at go beyond providing children a joyful learning program and ensuring their fundamental rights.

Our guidance and help is not limited to the people. Team Potentials is willing to coordinate with schools, other therapy centers, and individuals to offer guidance, discuss learning goals for specific students, and train staff.

Following we are pleased to be annual supporters of the companay :

• Each year, we happily contribute 7,000 cardboard boxes to the campaign which aims to raise public awareness to help stop impaired driving across in India.
• It warms the cockles of our hearts to donate boxes and packaging supplies every year to the campaign, which delivers the financial aid to underprivileged families throughout the India.
• Enable to organize and sensitize the community members towards development and facilitating build up of systems and mechanisms ensuring protection of rights of the people.
• To rise the capacity of the community systems and structures assuring protection and improvement of the circumstances and further, of the right of people.
• Helps in facilitating utilization of indigenous skills and knowledge in order to identify good livelihood options.
